DIMA has developed a logical framework for the 2006 – 2010 period, which details all of the organisation’s planned activities.:

•	Immediate Objective 1:	Socio-environmental management has been institutionalized by COMIBOL.
•	Immediate Objective 2:	Decrease in the contamination generated by pollution stocks in 10 mining centers, thus improving agricultural production and health population in cost/benefit way.
•	Immediate Objective 3:	Less pollution from mining co-ops and other operators, thus helping to improve agricultural production and health population by reducing the stress between miners and farmers.
•	Immediate Objective 4:	Quality of life improved, thus helping to reduce poverty in mining centres with female and child emphasis - Women Miners Plan.
